For orders under £40, delivery is charged at:

1st Class ‘Signed For’: £4.40
2nd Class ‘Signed For’: £3.90
Express Delivery £9.50
All orders will require a signature on delivery.
Delivery may take between 1-5 business days, depending on your shipping option.

For orders under £100, delivery is charged at:
Europe Standard Shipping: £6.55 (based on weight)
Europe Tracked & Signed: £10 – Delivery within 4 -15 business days (depending on customs and local postal services)
Europe Express Delivery 1-3 days: £16
Rest of World Standard Shipping: £7.30 (based on weight)
Rest of World Tracked & Signed: £11- Delivery 7-20 business days (depending on customs and local postal services)
Rest of World Express Delivery 1-3 days: £20
All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed
TAXES AND DUTIES
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
We endeavour to provide products that are of high quality; all orders undergo strict quality control processes before they are dispatched, to ensure high standards are maintained.
However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we will issue a refund or store credit note, as long as the item(s) are returned within 14 days of receipt. Refunds are minus original shipping charge for international orders. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns, unless the item is faulty.
Returned item(s) must be returned with all relevant swing tags, labelling and be in a resalable condition. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), you will be offered a refund or store credit. However, we reserve the right to withhold a refund or credit note if the item(s) has been worn, damaged, washed, marked or is in any condition that renders the item unsalable.
