SIZING:

MY BABY IS 9 MONTHS OLD, WHICH SIZE HAT SHOULD I BUY?

The age categories for our hats are an average guide for head measurements. To ensure an accurate fit, please measure your child's head circumference. 

 

ORDER:

 

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

Our products are Made to Order; however, we aim to process your orders in under 5 days. If you need to make any changes, please contact help@crowningava.com within 1 hour of placing your order, as we will be unable to make any amendments once your order has been processed.  Please see our returns page.

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER? 

All items are shipped via Royal Mail and you will receive an email with your tracking code once your order is dispatched. If you have any issues tracking your order, please email help@crowningava.com

 

I’VE RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT IN MY ORDER/THERE IS AN ITEM MISSING FROM MY ORDER!

Oh so sorry! Please email us at help@crowningava.com and we will make things right. Include your name, order number and let us know what was missing in your order. We’ll be back in touch as soon as possible!

 

I’VE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM!

We're super sorry! Please email us at help@crowningava.com and we will make things right. Include your name, order number and if possible, some images of your faulty item. We’ll be back in touch as soon as possible!

 

 RETURNS:

 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We hope you really love your item, but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return it unused and in its original packaging within 14 days for a refund or store credit. Please refer to our returns policy for more information https://crowningava.com/pages/delivery-returns

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please email help@crowningava.com with your order number, item details and the reason for return. We will then provide you with an address and full instructions.

 

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

Please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to be returned to Crowning Ava. We will send you a confirmation email once your return has been processed.  If you haven’t heard any communication from us after 10 working days, please email help@crowningava.com with your order number and details of the items returned.

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE DISCOUNT CODE ON MY ORDER?

Discount codes can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Only one discount code is permitted per order.

Oh man! Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we are unable to manually add a discount. Please don’t despair, the discount may be used on your next order; however remember to double check the terms and conditions of the code.
